GLADES PALE
A balanced pale ale, this beer was originally one of our owner Dan's homebrew recipes. Citra and Amarillo hops give a perfect blend of citrus and tropical fruit - this beer smells almost as good as it tastes. Take a 4-pack home for those hot summer arvos.

HAZY DAYS MID
Our mid-strength may only be 3.5% ABV but it sure doesn't taste like it! This beer is all about massive tropical fruit flavour and aroma. Perfect for long summer days.

HEFEWEIZEN
This traditional Bavarian wheat beer is an excellent breakfast beer (and it’s also highly delightful in the afternoon, evening and at night). In addition to the mouthfeel and flavour of the wheat malt, the specialised yeast produces wonderful banana and clove flavours.

THE VILLAIN IPA
Pronounced hoppiness and crispy bitterness make The Villain a beer with unique – and decidedly crafty – character. Come to the taproom for a pint, and sneak home with a few cheeky cans to enjoy under cover of darkness.

NEON NEIPA
Paying homage to the neon factory that used to stand on the site of our brewery, this New England IPA is packed with dazzling hop character. No fewer than four hop varieties – two Australian, two American – provide layers of juicy fruit character, starting with tropical pineapple and finishing with citrusy lime notes. A proper haze bomb.

XPA
Our fruity Extra Pale Ale is the perfect summer drink. Mosaic and Enigma hops bring grassy, citrus and berry flavours. Combined with a hint of bitterness and a crisp finish, it’s the perfect refreshment on a balmy village day.

RED TAPE IPA
This red IPA is all about the balance of rich malty sweetness and dank hoppy bitterness. German specialty malts give a depth of colour and flavour, while American Cascade and Centennial hops provide a punch of citrus.

MÄRZEN
Ringing in Oktoberfest in Bavarian style, our Märzen gets the party started. A bigger-bodied lager than our 2111, this tasty character is straight outta Munich (via Gladesville). With pure, slightly sweet malt notes, it’s fresh and caramel-intense. Pairs perfectly with pretzels. Prost!

FRANKIE SHREDS! SUMMER WHEAT BEER
Our neighbour Frankie is a local legend, and his skate park (a couple of door down) was turning one: so we figured we’d help him celebrate. This is a wheat beer with a twist of summer – to the tune of corn and American Cascade hops (for a citrusy punch). Traditional? Not really. Radical? Totally.
